REFUND/RETURN POLICY 

 

******NO RETURNS- EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 3 DAYS!

Please Mail back with tracking number within 3 days.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any hand tags attached. Any merchandise marked as “Final Sale”cannot be returned.

******Non-refundable merchandise include: sale products, bodysuits and accessories.

• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrance, pet hair, free of stains, and smoke.
• Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to 6ixx by Lashea
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• 6ixx by Lashea diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any return items will be inspected for the signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
• All sales are final sales.  

• No exchanges on final sales.
• No return/exchange on international orders.

If you misplaced your packing slip no worries,  you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME 

Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified to be by email once you return has been processed.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner. 
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied address, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

All orders processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimate time of arrival is:

US Orders:

USPS standard shipping 3-5 business days. Priority 2-3 business days. 
USPS Express mail (guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases). 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 
When your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
