With this unfortunate situation and our main priority being the health of our family, team, and customers we have chose to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY in response to the COVID-19 until further notice. Though we are doing our part on our end to make sure packages get sent out to customers safely and sanitary, we can't ensure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same which could ultimately put us all at risk. 

I want to thank you all for your understanding and continued support during these challenging times and pray that everyone stays safe and healthy.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hand tags attached. Any merchandise marked as “Final Sale”cannot be returned.

******Non-refundable merchandise include: sale products, bodysuits and accessories.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrance, pet hair, free of stains, and smoke.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to 6ixx by Lashea.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • 6ixx by Lashea diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any return items will be inspected for the signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
  • All sales are final sales. 

 

  • No exchanges on final sales.
  • No return/exchange on international orders.

** please send an email in advance regarding any exchanges** please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you misplaced your packing slip no worries,  you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME 

Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified to be by email once you return has been processed. **Please make sure you have sent us an email prior to returning the merchandise**

 

 

******Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 20324, Worcester MA 01602, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
